Rival Tribes

(Pathé Baby, 1926)

In pre-conquest Mexico, the Azteque and Maya are at war. Tonga, chief of the Maya, is captured and threatened to be sacrificed by Montezuma. Princess Tacki, daughter of the Azteque chieftain, has fallen in love with the captive and works to free him.

Rival Tribes is a 1926 home movie edited from Kay-Bee's The Captive God (1916).
